ABOUT THE EVENT

CONCORA : Connecticut Choral Artists Performance

Join us for a dynamic choral performance featuring CONCORA, the state's oldest professional choir, taking inspiration from the Museum's permanent collection. Beginning at 4 p.m. in the Museum's galleries, small vocal ensembles will be stationed throughout the first floor performing select musical works surrounded by museum masterpieces.

The second half of the program will take place at the First Congregational Church, 830 Corbin Avenue in New Britain, where the entire choir will perform a program that includes a new work by Andrey Stolyarov based on Thomas Hart Benton's The Arts of Life in America on permanent display in the Museum.

Tickets can be purchased here at concora.org.
