Sunday Music Series | CT Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra presents: “We the People: Culture of Mexico,” featuring Rosa Evangelina Beltrán
The NBMAA’s longstanding monthly concert series, featuring local & regional performances from a variety of musical genres.
Rosa Evangelina Beltrán is a Mexican-American vocalist and poet based in Los Angeles, CA. She has recently performed with CalArts Opera Theater, Pacific Opera Project, Brown Fist Productions, and Santa Monica College Opera Theater. This program will feature a mix of Mexican musical selections. Her opera and operetta credits include Kopernikus (Vivier), The Dream Maker (Haukoos), Die Zauberflöte, Gianni Schicchi, Carmen, Il Campanello, The Pirates of Penzance, and Utopia, Limited.
Concert seating is first come, first served on day of show (effective June 1, 2022), and seating capacity is limited to 120. Pre-registration will no longer be available.
Concert attendees must register at the Front Desk upon arrival. Museum Members are free, and Museum guests are welcome with purchase of a Museum admission ticket.
All shows begin at 3 p.m.; doors to event space will open at 2:30 p.m.
