Yoga in the NEW/NOW Anila Quayyum Agha installation:
Agha’s sculptures are created from intricately cut steel illuminated by a single light source—dramatically filling the room with ornate patterns of light and shadow. Agha’s work weaves together complex themes of global politics, social and gender roles, and mass media while simultaneously creating a contemplative, welcoming space that draws you in.
Thursdays, October 19 – December 14, 6-6:45 p.m.
Please Note: The first two classes in this series will be located in the Charles and Irene Hamm Gallery to accommodate the installation of the NEW/NOW show on October 19 and the Artist's Talk on October 26.
Drop in: $8 per class; $5 for NBMAA & YWCA Members
Series: $64 for all eight classes; $40 for NBMAA & YWCA Members
