Youth Studio Workshop | Color Exploration

This February, join us for a fun, experimental Youth Studio Workshop where students will learn all about color! To begin, they will mix and match colors on a large scale to create abstract acrylic paintings on canvas boards. Then, working collaboratively, students will move to a larger scale as they create murals on wall-sized paper, working with a variety of shapes to explore how colors interact with each other.

At the end, students can sign their work, as this large-scale mural will hang in our American Savings Foundation Art & Education Center for all to see! This workshop is open to children of all ages. Families welcome; children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
