Homeschool Day | Self-Portraits

Join us for a Homeschool Day (ages 5–12) focused on the art of portraiture and self-portraits! To kick things off, students will take a tour with Museum docents, looking at our special exhibition For America: Paintings from the National Academy of Design and learn how artists tell a person’s story through portraiture.

Then, in the American Savings Foundation Art and Education Center studios, students will work with Coordinator of Youth Studio and Family Programs, Stephanie Strucaly, to create self-portraits of their own!
