Giving
Since 1903, the New Britain Museum of American Art trustees, staff, members, donors and volunteers have been steadily building a comprehensive collection of the nation’s artistic output and providing intellectual access to it through a variety of interpretive and educational programming.
With the 2006 opening of the award-winning Chase Family Building and renovation of the Landers House, the Museum has a physical plant equal in caliber to its collection. Enthusiastically embraced by the public, the Museum was awarded the 2007 Excellence in the Arts award by the State of Connecticut. Today, the Museum is yet again expanding to increase its art and education capacity. Read more about the project here.
By joining, giving, and volunteering, you are contributing to the advancement of a vibrant and vital museum.
